✅ Lifetime Warranty – Core Tools

Whipico tools are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This means if your tool fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it—no questions asked.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty materials

  • Workmanship issues under normal use

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or modification

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect function

  • Loss or theft

🔧 Limited Warranty – Attachments & Accessories

Attachments, bits, blades, and other accessories come with a 90-day Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. These items are expected to wear over time and are only covered for manufacturer defects, not regular usage wear.

📦 Warranty Claim Process

  1. Submit a claim via our Warranty Portal or email hello@whipico.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  2. We’ll review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll either repair, replace, or refund the product—depending on the issue and availability.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective upon arrival.

Our warranty is valid worldwide. However, shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.
