Hello Gorgeous! We want you to absolutely love every item you receive from us, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out!

Here’s our return policy:

  • Returns on unwashed and unworn items are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Boutique items cannot be exchanged. Legging exchanges will be honored if inventory allows.
  • Returns will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit—just let us know your preference when making the return.

Please Note: The following items are FINAL SALE due to their nature: SKIN CARE, NAIL CARE, TANNING, BODY, LASH, MAKEUP, BINGO, and ACCESSORIES. All HOLIDAY and SEASONAL items are also final sale but may be exchanged for a different size within the same season and within 10 days of receiving the original item.

  • Return shipping costs, both original and return, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return Address: 380 Apple Rd., Salisbury, NC, 28147 (Please include your original order number with the return.)

Processing Times: Processing typically takes 7-14 days, excluding shipping times. Please note that holidays and busy seasons may extend this timeframe.
