3. Products & Disclaimer

Our products are intended for general cosmetic use only.

  • Results may vary from person to person
  • Products related to hair, skin, or body care may cause irritation or sensitivity
  • We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use

By purchasing, you agree that wHiPi. Co is not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation, or adverse effects.

Any statements regarding hair growth refer to scalp health support only and are not guarantees of results.


4. Orders & Payments

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Afterpay.

  • All orders are subject to approval
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time
  • Pre-orders or backorders may be offered and will ship when available

5. Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 7–14 business days (excluding shipping time). Processing times may increase during holidays or high-demand periods.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


6. Shipping Insurance (wHiPi. Cares)

Customers may purchase wHiPi. Cares shipping insurance at checkout.

If purchased:

  • We will replace or refund packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit

If NOT purchased:

  • wHiPi. Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once marked as delivered by the carrier

7. Returns & Store Credit Policy

We want you to love your order—but due to the nature of our products, all returns are subject to the following:

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and not cross-contaminated
  • Items that have come into contact with hair, skin, or body are not eligible

Refund Type

  • Store credit is issued by default
  • Original payment refunds may be approved at our discretion

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Final Sale Items

The following are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Hair care
  • Skin care
  • Nail care
  • Tanning products
  • Body products
  • Lash products
  • Makeup
  • Accessories
  • Bingo items
  • Holiday & seasonal items

Seasonal items may be exchanged for size (same season only) within 10 days, if inventory allows.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@whipico.com for any damaged or incorrect items.


9. SMS & Email Marketing

By opting into our SMS and email marketing, you agree to receive recurring messages from wHiPi. Co via Klaviyo (email) and Postscript (SMS).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Pineapple Corp. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these Terms.


12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of North Carolina.

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.


13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
